Everything about the experience was wonderful. I was early and was offered a lovely cup of tea while I waited. My massage with Elizabeth exceeded my expectations. She was quite thorough in learning my body's needs and my expectations for the massage. Each area was addressed in multiple ways and the massage was nuanced specific to my responses. Truly an exceptional experience! The benefits were further evidenced in improved deep sleep last night and a freer ability to bend today!
