The providers were kind and pleasant. They asked appropriate questions to tailor their services. The music had the calm and soothing sounds of nature with no sudden loud noises, so I appreciated that. One potential area for improvement would be in the presentation/offerings of the chocolate candy as part of our couples' massage. When scheduling, it might be good to ask about any dietary issues (like nuts) or any preferences for chocolate. We love really good dark chocolate, so that would have been a perfect way to finish off our service. Additionally, maybe having the candies available in a decorative basket to give the experience a bit more of an elevated feel is a good idea as well.
