• Sure...i felt very comfortable when I got there. I don't show my body to anyone and I was scared but y'all made me feel comfortable and welcome. The procedure went great and y'all gave me advice on which areas to hit next in order to get to my goal.

• Lauren was so sweet and accommodating! She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything very well. It's clear she knows what she's doing. I've already recommended her to my sister and one of my best friends that also wants the chin coolsculpting procedure. I got uncomfortable around the 20 min mark, because that's when you go numb as she explained to me, and I texted her (she gives you her number because it's hard to talk with it attached to your chin) and she came in the room to check on me not even 10 seconds later. You really get more than what you pay for. 11/10 recommend.
