amazed by the skill and professionalism of the people at Youngs. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and really care about the well-being of their clients. Iam constantly learning new ways to take care of myself, exercise properly, and ultimately prevent future injuries. I am constantly being challenged in new waysI am doing personal training at Youngs after having been to physical therapy (with Youngs) for 4 different injuries in the past 5 years and every time I go I amand after each session am one step closer to meeting my goals!
