I have referred a number of my friends already. Many have joined Yogi Perogi. We often attend the same classes. The instructors make the classes interesting by varying the sequences and walk around and help students with the poses.

I used to take classes of Amy before she formed Yogi Perogi, and have always loved her as an instructor (I moved away which is why I stopped). And the class offerings and variety at Yogi Perogi are fantastic! My class Sunday was with Daniela, and she was a lot of fun. Plus I worked up a nice sweat in the vinyasa flow class!

It was a great experience to get the little one out of the house, meet other local moms, get some refreshing exercise, and bond with my baby. Danielle is a great teacher who made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable!
