Having Sarah Middleton, DPT was an educational experience for all. It complements that she is a yoga practitioner at the Yogi Perogi school. Full Transparency, I had a full left shoulder replacement with two tears Bicep and rotator on November 22, 2022 . So I specifically choose her place of employment, Beachside Physical therapy because of her educational background and her yoga involvement in her life. Sara will always be a asset to the Yogi Perogi students and workshop participants.
