After reading reviews online it was clear this was a great place to visit.
I called through and spoke to a really helpful member of staff who was more than happy to answer any questions, make good recommendations and made me feel comfortable for my first ever session. I arrived the next day and she immediately knew my name and made me feel welcome.
This studio is very welcoming to every level of yoga.
The ambience in the studio is calming. The instructor offers challenges and choices. Always positive and encouraging.
