I feel Nicola who teaches yin yoga is very knowledgeable, experienced and as I am not as flexible she always encourages me to find another position so that I can stretch . I feel after a class more motivated and respectful of what I have achieved
Have loved becoming a member of YogaWorks in Battersea/Wandsworth and have definitely been enjoying the different classes. Always made to feel welcome by the lovely Phillipa who makes such an effort to make you feel part of the furniture!
The course was very instructive in introducing us to yoga.
