I liked the sequence of exercises during the practice and enjoyed the whole session. Mix of dynamic yoga and relaxation at the end.
Great teachers who offer their own unique skills teaching yoga to others of varying aptitude and wonderful front of desk Phillipa and Nicola who are the nicest people you can hope to meet.

I prefer online classes to suit my work and home commitments. I feel that the instruction and feedback is still as good as being in the studio.

In this current climate that we live in, which confines us to our homes, it is EVEN more important than ever to keep our routines and most importantly to have that human connection which YogaWorks London have done so brilliantly. Having access to these live online classes is incredible and a very important part of my life, I can not thank Philippa and Nicola (and all the instructors) enough for all they are doing for us in these crazy times!
What's not to like about this set-up? Even the online classes are worthwhile.
