Wonderful place! Was invited by a friend that I work out with at the gym and I am doing the one week "trial" to see which classes I'm capable of doing with my physical limitations and I think the "heated" yoga is going to help with my arthritis pain already! We have a couple of close by yoga places here in Waterford where I live, but none have the healing environment.

Class was great. Teacher was great. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and scooted around when I sat on it. Can't give a 10 with a broken toilet seat.
