The energy in the studio is great! I don't usually like heat, and found the infrared very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Jessica is a true yogi, she understands YIN and more importantly she offers so much more than poses. She nails the philosophy. Love the infrared lights at the studio. Those are very important to me. Love Ann's class too. She is a fabulous yoga teacher.

Good calm class. Though I would warn people of the cost. It's pricey.

Kim runs a great class! It was challenging but I could also go at my own pace or throw the weights down if I needed a break.
