Yogavenue has the best teacher's, and the classes are challenging. I do Hiit and strength 💪 training & use Yoga for quicker recovery so as to do more fitness claasses. It works for me and have been injury free for several years touch wood. Also feel so relaxed in my mind after doing a Hot power yoga class.

The teacher was very considerate in explaining the moves required, not too fast not too slow. It was as usual a very warm and comforting atmosphere. I loved it and glad I was back. Thanks.
