I Love Yoga, I always come away from Yogavenue feeling 😌 challenged and my muscles have been relaxed and regenerised. Being an ex footballer I have big muscles 💪so all the teachers at Yogavenue are excellent but I have no favourites lol 😅.

Excellent class. My first time and I was made to feel very welcome by everyone. The teach Joy was so informative and ensured I felt looked after whilst learning the transitions between moves. Very calming whilst motivating. I will join today.
