Rosângela is a great practitioner, guide me through the class communicating well the next move and giving instruction to follow our pace. The music was appropriated for the pace of the class and relaxing , there was plenty room to do the exercises without bothering others. The temperature was as expected, nice and warm.we start and finish on time
