I love the studio at Stittsville. The ambiance, the energy created during classes and the professionalism of the instructors keep me wanting to come back. Deciding to join Yogatown almost a year ago has been the best decision I have made towards taking care of myself. Nameste.

Because it’s the best. It’s a soft place to land on a hard day and the staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. It changed my life 9 years ago and am grateful to be able to keep coming back.
I really love the space and people (teachers and clients) at Yogatown. I wish there were some more options for early morning classes that were not at 6 AM!
