Early Thursday Morning yoga with Josh is a great way to start my day. He varies the sessions, provides options for those wishing to challenge themselves, has great music and his occasional thought for the day is inspiring.

I have been going to yogatown for years (since 2012!). I love the variety of classes and teachers. I love that the hot room is silent, its like a refuge. Its my happy place although I dont live in Ottawa anymore, I will always come back when I am home.
