I like it. I find the all instructors have something to add of value. Overall, it is helping my goals.
All yoga instructors at the Barrhaven location are fantastic. But I'd like to especially single out one instructor Naomi Simon who teaches Wednesday mornings at 6am. Her classes are absolutely amazing. The music, chorography and instructions are right on queue. And she is always willing to chat and provide tips after class. My wife and I both wish she would teach more on the schedule.
Variety of classes, great instructors, clean and minimalistic space..great app and booking system.. everyone is very friendly and approachable!
