The workshop yesterday was amazing, such great energy from both Erin and Lolo. Plus, all the Yogarise staff are welcoming and kind. The studio looks fabulous! Thanks for a lovely afternoon guys!

Great vibe and atmosphere. I would like more alignment based slower paced classes but that's just my preference - weak shoulders and not as young as I was.
