I thought the lady spoke clearly and directed the class smoothly with no blips, ensuring a relaxing experience. She was also really relatable when talking about city life being hectic and stressful. The additional head rub with eucalyptus was a definite bonus! I felt really relaxed for the rest of the day. ?
