I've had a very pleasant experience with Yogarise during lockdown! Variety of classes, supportive attitude. I've been offered complimentary NHS classes which have been greatly appreciated and enormously helpful for my wellbeing during this time. Some instructors have been better than others at offering adjustment and correction advice over Zoom. Overall very positive experiences so far! Thank you for your generosity. I feel that my physical and mental health have been supported by your virtual classes xx
