I hadn't practiced in a fair few months so came into the class slightly apprehensive. David was great, not only did he set up a great atmosphere but he safely pushed me to improve. I have already booked another class.

Lovely receptionist. Great facilities. Lovely class. Only reason I do not come back more is the schedule is small and limited. Would love to see classes at around 9 and 10 am and 4 or 5pm. More restorative !
