I've been going here for months and I have to say I've never encountered such a good person who is also a fantastic Yoga instructor. I am always more relaxed and loose after an hour of yoga here. If you are looking for someone who embraces the lifestyle and aura of a yoga master, this is where you need to go!

As someone who is frequently sore from working out, I find Thai Yoga much better at relieving that soreness than traditional massage. It's also very relaxing and Krystina is fabulous!

Love the Tai Yoga Stretching. It is helping me so much as I am older and getting a little stiffer. Highly recommend Krystina, she is very thoughtful, and knows her craft!!
