• Appreciate the fact that I can do virtual yoga with the recent situation with the Pandemic. I have come to the realization that I do not do well with hot yoga, so I am really loving the fact that I can do my favorite class - Power Flow at home with no heat! I will miss it when you don't offer virtual classes anymore. The instructions are very good, really appreciate the fact that the Instructor is still giving those tips out to correct & remind. I've only done the classes with Carey & she's very good at that! Thanks so much!
