• Wow. Just wow!! I slept like a 3 year old! I feel like my body was regenerated and old stagnant energy was released. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if you would like to be one with your breathe. Nick was awesome!! I have never done yoga before this class and I was a little scared/nervous, but what a great workout. I will be returning.
