I really love how relatable the spiritual teaching woven through the class is. I find you always say something I need to hear. Pearls of wisdom. Such an emotional release for me. It's challenging and at times I want to stop but then I always have a moment when I finally arrive fully present on the mat. Sometimes that moment lasts a while and other times it is fleeting but always worth the sweat and tears.
