Loved today's session with Shawn . Have been practicing Hatha yoga for 35 plus years (mostly at the Beacon yoga centre ashram) I enjoyed the music , the humour, the warmth and the pace in today's class. I kept up when I could (as an old yogi 🧘♂️😂) and modified as appropriate.
