Neil Casey's inversion workshop was great : I came away with some handy tips, definitely made some progress and (most importantly) he kept it fun. Would fully recommend to anyone who's curious about inversions.
Neil was fantastic in leading the workshop. The only thing is that the room was a little too hot (the workshop wasn't a hot yoga one)
I'm a long time member of yogahaven Clapham and enjoy the hot classes. I like what Neil does, he's a great teacher and it was a fun workshop.
