I loved the workshop mandala Vinyasa, amazing teacher and space.
Loved the session, great music, clear instruction on positions, great energy, I haven’t been to hot yoga in ages and I managed to get through the whole session. Liked the facilities, it was clean, fresh. Really enjoyed it 👍🏻
Sian is the most amazing teacher. Her classes are always challenging and she has a great connection with everyone in the class
