Carla was so friendly and welcoming. The class was great. I liked how many people were there, we were spaced out but it didn't feel too small which I liked. I'll definitely be back!

Purely based on Rob’s enthusiasm when delivering the classes, nice friendly atmosphere and great ambiance. Those classes are simply the best out of any other yoga classes and places I ever attended. I also love the facility, room, showers, reception space. You are doing amazing job. Sadly I am relocating to the South Wales, please bring your studio to Cardiff (and Rob too). Thank you so much for all good vibes during the past years. You helped me with the injuries, back pains and simply coming back to better form after pregnancy. (I attended few pregnancy classes too). Hopefully I will keep in touch by attending online classes - keep streaming!
