Yoga Haven adapted to everything 2020 threw so quickly. The virtual classes have been incredible. But bring on 2021 where we will all hopefully be back in that studio.
I found YH a year ago when I was signed off work with stress. Finding that space on my mat helped me both mentally and physically. Id never felt stronger. I honestly can't thank you enough! Wishing all at Yoga Haven a very happy, brighter and a more studio based new year. X

Loved the class. Technique and guidance was great. Teachers encouragement and also just the right amount of humour during these difficult times. Super uplifting.
I love yogahaven and while this year has been very strange, being able to remotely attend classes has helped me remember to take a moment in a hectic day. I was overseas with work for the past couple of months and now quarantining on my return and it's lovely to remain connected.
