Fantastic studio and wonderful team. Classes are always so much fun!
Only thing I'd say is it's a little frustrating not having a bathroom is the girls' changing room.
So glad to be back in the heat! Studio was the perfect temperature and Sophie was fab as always!

The hot flow is a fantastic class to support my other sports. Sophie is a brilliant instructor. She is clear, calm and encouraging and creates a brilliant atmosphere in her class. Thank you.
