Restorative yoga class is a brilliant class. Always feel so much better afterwards. Zak is a lovely teacher - very friendly, and provides individual help with poses during the class.
Everyone was welcoming, caring and friendly, the studio and other facilities are lovely, it's all round good stuff ?
You have brilliant teachers and a great atmosphere for clients I learn a lot and get a great workout.
