Lovely fusion yoga class. Carl's instructions were clear and the class was just what I needed at an anxious time.
I really like this class, if I can get away from work early, I race back with minutes to spare to set up my lap top. Zac is so nurturing and this is a great class for a Friday evening. The class is quite pricey, but I've known much cheaper classes at other studios cancelled because they don't have the following or the interest. So yeah, great work. Please keep it going!

Matt is an excellent teacher , really enjoyed his teaching
It was really good but I felt the instructors box needed to be the biggest box on the screen so that you can see him perform the yoga moves. I've only recently come back to yoga and found it hard to keep up with the pace at times because I couldn't see the movements clearly- I wasn't familiar with some terminology. All in all it was a good session but if the above could be implemented that would be great ??
