• 10/10 for this experience at Yoga Balance. I took the “Align” class lead by Lauren. I think it’s safe to say this is my new favorite flow class with an amazing instructor. Lauren is very easy going and graciously does not take herself too seriously which made me feel so comfortable in this studio. I loved the flow she taught and felt strong and refreshed by the end of the class. I also appreciated the modifications she explained clearly so I could do those when the full poses weren’t an option for my body that day. I’m very grateful for her as a teacher, and Yoga Balance being the studio. I’m looking forward to another class with her!
