  • Ever since I joined Yoga Balance, I have recommended this studio to my friends for their yoga practice. We all live in the Derry area and they did not want to travel "all the way" to Manchester to practice in YB's yoga studio. I can't understand their way of thinking. I enjoy the varied practices offered there by very experienced teachers who have inspired me to continue my home practices as well. Thank you Yoga Balance for enriching my life!
