Good class. I am sore but not debilitated. I have taken many yoga classes over decades & the ones with straightforward instruction, choices of moves offered, decent space...seem to last longer & I go to more. This class is convenient & I took it on a recommendation from a regular class member. Room was warm enough. My layers were NOT needed. Lol. Have a good day.
