The class that I regularly take it's challenging and great for me
I love Evelyn's ashtanga classes. She's a wonderful teacher, and has done a great job still providing feedback and coaching in the new virtual environment. I also really enjoy the community of the small group of regulars who attend the morning ashtanga class.
