• The owners and instructors are very kind and knowledgeable. The studio excels at all types of yoga instruction and meditation. Satya is a place where you can make great friends. They have created a warm and caring environment where all are welcome. There are a great variety of classes to attend to suit each person's needs. Amanda and other teachers have designed their classes to meet their student's physical, mental, and creative needs. The instructors give helpful suggestions if you're struggling with a physical issue. There are opportunities to attend weekend trainings. Amanda also teaches those who are interested in obtaining a teacher certificate. Often times, music instruments are used, as well as upbeat tunes, and each class is different. I loved my first year membership and have signed up for a second. I have tried other studios in town but have been the most satisfied with all my classes at Satya Yoga.

• Restorative yoga-Friday evenings with Tracy-is ALWAYS excellent, honoring, helpful, individualized, humorous. I've done restorative yoga over the years at ~5 different studios in Colorado Springs. Satya energy and style matches for me. Tracy is a TOP teacher, from my experience!
