• since having babies i havent done yoga in years and this was my 1st time in a yoga studio. that being said i was very intimidated at the thought but going in to Satya i felt so welcome and i loved that she treated us all as if we were all the same level (beginner, experienced,etc.) it was wonderful!!!!
