Beautiful people, meditation teacher was great and the new management seems very switched on, understands good experience and genuinely cares.
The studio is cozy with all the essentials available and more. I love how helpful the staff has been with explaining the workouts, helping to fill bottles and occasionally urging everyone on during the last sets of power intervals. I also love how the bikes have been set up for you before you arrive. I just wish that there is an option for non members to take the FTP test.
