• It was my first time coming and the teacher was helpful in correcting me and helping me. I also liked that the space at atmosphere/music was peaceful and that the door is locked when the class is in session. The teacher Brie - taught a strong class which was challenging for me but I was it was flexible that I could adjust the exercises to my ability. Was gently sore after which is good!
