I think our instructor had a great balance of helping offer us beginners options/blocks/straps and made us feel very welcome and comfortable, while still maintaining a challenging class for the more experienced attendees in our class.

I only have one other yoga experience to compare to but it was a big difference. YSSA s instructors all seemed very knowledgeable and were very helpful along the way . I didn’t feel uncomfortable even as a newbie. Plus the environment/studio is nice , clean and super inviting .
