• Ashtanga is my favorite practice. I learned a traditional Ashtanga practice at Lifetime City Centre when I lived in Houston, and after I moved out of Houston, I've always struggled to find a practice that feels like...home. I just moved to San Antonio and coincidentally live 3 minutes from Yoga Shala. Class last night was like coming home! I loved the studio and my teacher, Patricia. It was traditional and almost exactly like my class back in Houston! I left and I immediately purchased a 10-class pass!
