Studio was super clean and yoga instructor was good. The receptionist could've been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Also, I was surprised there is a charge for borrowing a yoga mat when you pay for a class.

The instructor was easy to follow for a relative newcomer like me. There were a couple of things I couldn't do due to some tendinitis in my right wrist, but I was able to adapt or sit parts out. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing morning activity.
