Intensity of the sessions are challenging unlike other yoga places but there are also restoration classes and easier ines si you can choose. Love the warmth. .usic selection is awesome and always fits the vibe of the class. Owners are welcoming and humble. Staff is friendly. Yeachers are caring. Love the singing with Tamul. Venue has a good atmosphere...trendy. no complaints:) one thing that i would love to have more of is hands on correcting so poses are done more correctly. I know there is verbal correcting which is great though. Thanks to you all!
