Casie's release and restore class with the mio facial release using tennis balls is like no other class I've ever been a part of. Phenomenal!

I am visiting from out of state. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to me, the studio was beautiful and clean, the yoga class was amazing, and the instructor was great! I would highly recommend this yoga studio.
