Knowledgeable, friendly, fun teachers. A lovely combo of feeling like an enjoyable work out with yoga philosophy sprinkled in. As a newer RYT, I am learning a lot from these teachers. I love the space and the feel overall. Thank you! <3

Staff and yoga teachers were friendly and welcoming. The coffee place next door is cute and convenient. I attended three classes, all were the perfect blend of challenge and restorative. I was a little sweaty without being soaked like after a traditional hot yoga class. As someone who is visiting from out of town, the yoga mat rental was reasonable ($2). I would recommend!
