The instructor was wonderfully encouraging! She gave suggestions throughout the session of what to do if what she had called out for us to do was too hard for some of us sometimes. Her directions were clear--easy to understand and easy to hear! This was my first yoga class, and I felt very comfortable participating. And the pier opportunity was tremendous! The wash of the waves definitely enhanced the yoga experience! (I was surprised the pier sessions were ending with the start of fall. I live in Maryland, and my community has a fall beach yoga session BEGINNING today.) Blessings!
