The ambiance of the class was amazing, I got a great workout and was able to challenge myself, the instructor was thoughtful and helpful, it wasn't just yoga it was an experience!

It was a very welcoming and nice studio. I had a hard time keeping up with some of the moves but it was my first time trying yoga ever so I don't think that's a reflection of the studio. Beautiful area
