The people!!! Everyone was warm and welcoming! The coffee bar and staff are excellent (chef's kiss), the yoga teacher really knows her stuff and was interested in each student, the facility is clean and welcoming and has good energy! The yoga flow was perfect...I loved how she built the flow and incorporated challenging poses within instead of waiting until the end of class when you're tired and too drained to try. I have found my new yoga home!!!!
