Due to Tamal and Sesa's upbringing, they are teaching the TRUE heart of yoga....not the twisted version the West has butchered it to be. Yoga is sooooo much deeper than just a bench of chicks in Spandex Boom 💥

It is a nice location and atmosphere. So far both of the instructors have been really nice and informative while staying true to themselves and their styles of teaching! I'm excited to take more classes and continue to learn!
